Flipkart Pvt Ltd - Hybrid Bicycle Complaint Rating:   

I had placed an order for Hybrid Bicycle from Flipkart on 6th, which they delivered next day but it was not installed, tyre,handle,seats all the major parts not installed. When I called customer care for installation the on floor manager on 7th Mar 2017 time 9:11 pm Mr UMA Shankar commited to do the installation by 8th Mar however as per other executive of customer care it is mentioned as 3 to 5 days. I asked him to check recording as UMA Shankar lied & provided false information.
I have gifted the bicycle to my manager & this has been a big mess from Flipkart team, till now they have not installed & expect me to wait till 14 mar for the installation.
I have attached image for the order details of the product, I believe that I will get a result & good response from Consumer court.
