I had order flip cover for my newly purchased asus zenfone max 3 ZC520TL which was also from flipkart...but to my utter disbeleife which product i received from flipkart was not at all fitted with my phone....after this i requested replacement of this product from flipkart they accepted the replacement and told they will replace the product within 7 days.....after this they started to automatically cancel my return till date they are doing this things...now i am asking for my refund of money and return the wrong flip cover....i don't know what they are doing....they not at all co-operating with me...they are playing the dirty tricks for this thing i had damaged my mobile set for deposition sweating in the mobile for this also service centre asking for 8k amount which is not at all my fault.....plz look into the matter do the needful to help middle class customer like me......i want a resolution.....of my problems....
