FLABERRY - Flowers Delivery Complaint Rating:   

This company is a fraud. I bought roses for my wife for Valentines Day and money was deducted from my account through Razorpay. However, neither was any delivery made nor anybody called. The company cannot be contacted. I raised several tickets but there is no response. Even after escalation nobody contacted. The order is still showing as "In Process" even after a day has passed after the promised delivery date. There are several other customers who have faced the same issue. This company needs to be reported and closed. It would be great if my complaint is reported and other people come to know about this company so that noone else is duped.
