Ordered flowers and gifts for my mother's birthday on 16th March2017. Paid by my debit card. Confirmation from the company on 17th evening that delivery will happen on 18th at 9:00am. 9:30 when delivery did not happen I called the same number which had confirmed to me the previous evening and then the lady says that I have to pay another Rs 250 otherwise they cannot deliver. I told them to cancel and refund my money. They said they will but till today have not received. When I called them last month they said they cannot refund but I can order something. I don't want to do business with them and just want my refund
