Horrible Customer Service. They ask for 100% advance payment and they do not deliver the product on time. Even after paying extra for Transport and Insurance, they kept giving an excuse that the order cannot be dispatched since there is no transport available for the quantity of the order that I have placed. Finally, after receiving the product after 3 weeks we found that a leg was missing in a storage unit that we had ordered. After repeated calls to the sales executive and the branch manager, the issue is still not resolved and the amount that was paid was more than the invoice that they have generated. The worst kind of service a customer would expect. The furniture quality may be good, but if the customer service is so horrible, I would never recommend Featherlite to anyone else.
