Featherlite - Chair Complaint Rating:

I booked a Featherlite optima Mesh chair through Featherlite UKAN IT, Chennai - 600 035, on 08.03.2017 and was informed that booking will be accepted only against full payment and the delivery will take 4 to 5 weeks. Inspite of paying the full amount of Rs.20,500/- on 08.03.2017 they have not delivered the chair to me till date. I called them couple of times and they kept telling some lame excuses. Finally last week when I called and told them to return my money and cancel the order they said that they will surely deliver it on 20.05.2017 and bare with them for one more week. But on 20.05.2017 they again said that their vehicle is leaving for pick up and it will be delivered next week. This is really atrocious. Having taken full amount against the order and not able to deliver it for more than 2 months is unacceptable.
