Fashionandyou - Credit Amount Of 1900 Complaint Rating:   

I had purchased & returned few products from this site which was different from what they committed online.So,they transferred the amount as credit in my fashionandyou account.
It was about to expire & i called customer care for extending the credit limit,they said it will be done but,they didn't do hence I tried calling them for the same as the amount was not reflecting in my account of Rs .1900. I have pit down few mails which they replied saying it is expired you'll not get it.How can I just leave my Rs 1900 for nothing.It was their issue with providing wrong information online & physically the product was different I have to loose upon my money for just nothing to them.Kindly support
