Expert Ayurveda - Weight Loss Package For Three Months Complaint Rating:   

On 26th Aug 2017 MY weight loss lot arrived for 3 month at Rs.7200. By 4th September17 i informed Dr. Kajal thqt the medicine is not suiting me therefore as promised please take it back and rwfund my money. I was asked to talk to Dr. SANJEEV CHAWDHARY. After calling them continually and doing a follow up on 18th of Sep17 only2 months course was collected from me as they refused to take open packet. I was first promised by Dr. SANJEEV that by sep17 month end I will get my refund. Since this did not happen I called him again. After calling multiple times he answered and said that I should get my money by 10th of October 17. This time also I dis not get my money. When I called him his phone has been temporarily disconnected. So I called back Dr. Kajal. She assured me that I should get the money within a week and she will also connect me with Dr. SANJEEV so that I am 're assured. But since 13th OCT 17 her phone is switched off. I have sent multiple WhatsApp messages on the company's official number but no response. Nor anyone answers that number. Their is another Dr. SUNIL with whom I had spoken to get the medicines picked for the processing of refund. Now when I call him he does not answer the calls. I have been royally fooled and have not got any money back. Please someone help me.
