Hi,

I brought one water purifier from eureka Forbes 8 months ago. On the very first day technician who has came to installation cheated on us by providing local external filter at higher cost and after that every 2 months machine need a repair the customer service they are providing is very poor. Everytime we have to chase their technician to come and repair the machine. Many times they don't even bother to receive the call only. All this thing are effecting us very badly financially mental and more
