Eureka Forbes - Euro Vigil CCTV Camera Complaint Rating:
I bought the CCTV camera and it was installed on 2nd February 2017 for double the price of a typical CCTV system. I was assured of the bill by the purchaser within next 3 days of my purchase via post. I did not get the bill and on calling I was sent a soft bill on whatsapp, I was shocked with the professionalism of the company. Anyways I thought it would be better if I won't be needing the bill. But to my surprise the camera system and software ceased to work within 8 days of the purchase.
I called the customer care for help but they informed me that I am not a registered person. I had to go through the whole process of giving my address, and all details which took them around 30 minutes. Then I was informed that my complaint could not be registered. I tried calling them for 4 to 5 consecutive days but was unable to register a complain. Then I tried mailing them on the 5th day for which I got the confirmation mail regarding the complain and of a service visit within 2 working days of the complaint. I waited for three days but did not get any call or visit from them. I went to the website and noticed a service escalation tab, I complained there too but all useless. I have been calling, mailing and writing where ever I can to get the CCTV camera fixed for the last 20 days and not getting any results. Now I would like to refund the product and get my money back. This has been worst purchase experience in my whole life. I am all frustrated and annoyed with their services.
