Poor after sales service ,15 days have past ,my product is still not installed .I am fed up calling customer care.i was told that my product would be installed within 48 hrs of registering a request.my request id is 9940914794, customer a/c id is 1013381971, registered phone number is 9291235704.i was told by the seller ie.. military canteen that the product should be unsealed by the Aquaguard technician only, otherwise any damage would not be covered.they are not responding to my calls.i am being kept on hold at the customer care saying server problem, escalation department team not available,or even being every time told that my problem would be resolved by tomorrow 12:p.m ,but that tommorrow afternoon 12:00 p.m is never coming.i would like to sue the company for this.i want my product to be installed immediately.wasting thousands of money on the product,then again waste of time and calls are charged highly for registering complaint.eurekaforbes is a cheater,I would never recommend it to anyone.
