Hi,

1. We have purchased product on 08-May-2013.
2. Took AMC for 2 years from 19-Dec-2014 to 18-Dec-2016.
3. We have been calling them all this years and nobody is responding or calling us for the service.

We have registered calling to customer care and still no help.
