Emerald Finance - Personal Loan Complaint Rating:   

I have applied for a loan on the name of my brother in emerald finance company. I have asked for the complete details regarding the loan procedure.Kiran from their company said that,I have to pay an amount of 4000/- on that day so that the loan will be processed within 3-4 days and 3000/- for 7-8 days. So on 2nd of this month,I have paid 4000/-rs to their company.Kiran named lady from the company said that on the next day I will get a confirmation call,and by Monday my loan will be sanctioned.But after almost 7 days I got a call again asking to pay an amount of 15000/- instantly which was not possible for me because 'Kiran' who gave me the details did not gave me any information regarding this when I asked about the procedure.Shradda from cancellation team also spoke very rude with me .As it was their fault I requested to return my money back .I requested Kiran to refund and she is not giving a proper reply .And now I am facing a lot of problem .So my humble request is please do help me to refund my money from them.pleaseeeee
