Emerald Finance Service Ltd Delhi - Mortage Lender For Refund Of Fees Complaint Rating:   

Hii Team,
This is Nisha Sarwade from Navi Mumbai wanted to raise a complaint against the mortgage lender company named Emerald Finance services ltd in Delhi. This guys has cheated me against money. I was interested to get a loan from them of rupees 1 lakh and i completed all the documents formalities of them and paid 2500rs processing fees also, then these guys without prior intimation of hidden charges of 15000Rs was asking me to pay then only i will get the 1 Lakh loan amount. I was totally shocked that after 1 week of waiting and was in the urgent need of money how sudden i can pay 15000 Rs to them and which was not told earlier. Then i told iam unable to pay 15000 Rs amount to you and which was not committed by them and me earlier and i refuse to pay and finally i cancelled the loan request. I asked my refund of Rs 2500 which was taken as processing fees. They told me that i need to mail them for this and the money will get back to me within 3 days and i did mail to them on 20th june 2017 , and it is now 1 week over i have not received my amount. I did reminder mail also between this days but no reply. They are now not responding my call also. The person was assisting me was named Kavya from the same company.
