EBayin - Mi Max Mobile Complaint Rating:   

I have purchased mi max mobile through ebay. The mobile is not up to the mark I have informed to ebay company. He told that you contact to haidarabad seller . He told that kindly send mobile to me I will check and I will repair....
But my point of view ..I want to return my mobile or replace my mobile because I have purchased new mobile so there is no question of repairing. So first of all if I will send my mobile to seller there is no guarantee that he will send my mobile ....so I am informing to consumer forum ...kindly change my mobile to new one so he will give new mobile to me than I will give this purchased Mobile ......kindly help me because I have no extra money to purchase new mobile.... This mobile cost is 14999/-
