DTDC - Parcel Not Reached Complaint Rating:   

I sent parcel thru DTDC and tracking id H13746065. this is not reached the customer and I have e-mailed customer care and raised a case #14620344. I did not get any reply for that also.


I need DRS copy for this and where is the parcel let me know.
