Dot delivery picked up parcel from my location versova andheri West to deliver to halamulla sangam. Kashmir on 19 may 2017. Charging 350 rs.
Now the parcel is on hold in Srinagar office and they say that receiver has to collect from their office which is 50kms from the given destination.
Which is cheating. First place if they have no service in that area they should have not booked the consignment.
And ruin my time.
I want the consignment to be delivered
