At the time of installation of Set Top Box they have taken more time but payment taken in advance. It also took them to change the set top box for 2 times as either the Box was not available in the stock or the Box is not functioning. It almost took 2 month to set up the box.
Delay in connection, No response on complaint, brand ambassador of false commitment.
Even though I make my payment on time monthly. These service provider not even bother to intimate customer that there will be a replacement with new set of Set Top box provided to customer & all the services will be render. Finally they stop the services & after we contact the local guy they told that new set top box not in stock & it will take another 15 days to replace.
I want this company to be closed as they looting people 's earnings. Also they need to bear all the losses i incurred during the period.
