Please be informed that my laptop is not working since ten days and
I already complain to dell customer care as my system was under warranty.
Dell executive visited my place and confirmed that this particular part i.e hingis are not covered on the warranty.
I then asked by Dell to pay Rs 5000 for hinges and I promised to pay the same in spite of warranty as my urgent work has been suffering a lot.
Unfortunately Dell executives blaming me that they tried to call but my entire numbers are not Reachable. However I provide them 4 Numbers but according to them none of them is reachable.
Interestingly they said that don't call our helpline numbers as they personally call to me and even not provided any number to contact with them.
Under they circumstances, they are deferring my case without any suitable reason. I don't know what else I can do for the same. I want my system to work immediately so that I can resume my most important job on my personal laptop.
