Dealsamzon - Memory Cards And Debited Our Account From Rs 45000 Complaint Rating:

I filed a complaint against dealsamzon as on 15th feb 2017
for the defective products and also they debited from my account rs 20000 as on 14th feb 2017. On 18th feb 2017 one of their employee called me that the above amount is wrongly debited from my account due to technical problem. On this no 9899624398 i received a call. She was a lady. Her name was sapna tiwari and her code was R09302. She said that she was the employee of dealsamzon and called me because they received a complaint from india complaints.
She said to me that i will have to give my atm card details so that they transfer the amount i.e. rs 20000. I gave the details. But when i check it out i found that once again they debited our account from rs 25000 as on 18th feb 2017. Today i.e. 20 feb i called on customer care of dealsamzon and they said that we are not responsible for this and they dont have any employee of this name i.e. Sapna Tiwari.
9899624398 and 7808820671 these are the no. which i pick up whenever my account is debited.
Now the total amount they debited from our account is rs 45000. My order no. is 40461874326394.
I request you to help me in this situation.
