Croma - TV Purcahsed From Store Not Delviered After A Wks Time Complaint Rating:   

Sir,

On 10/6/17, I went to croma store & told that I want to buy this product from your online store. they were ready that no problem we were invoice & deliver you the product from our warehouse with in wks time . Then I talked to finance these product to be finance they also got the same finance from the Bajaj finance . After this they given me the invoice by taking some money & told that items will be delivered with in time.

After two or three days ,then I called to their customer support that your product in hold by the store manager . in the meantime they told that there is no stocks a viable .hence we would be supply . then I told how u can cut the invoice when product is not available , which is breach of contract . so I am following to them from last 10 day thru mail or phone ,but they are not delivering . Actually when I was buying this they were saying that they were also looking this kind of product . so I am doubt ful that they have made some mockery in the system .

I am facing the mental agony & harassment .kindly instruct them to deliver the product with in two or three days ,because I have no other TV to see at home. Please look into it & arrange to resolve my problem. Thanks & Regards Ram Bajaj Mobile no 09922002209.
