Croma - Air Conditioner Complaint Rating:   

I purchased two Air conditioners from croma. But they provide default products and even later even on return they again provide default products. I have completed all the formalities before 10 days but till now m not getting resolution. Due to this my employees are not working and the work is hampered as m totally Depend upon my business due to this I am at least in loss of 1.5lacs.

Each one salary average 15k
So 10 days salary of them means approx 50k
Office rent for 10days 15k
Electricity charge etc.
And work is hampering this is also a loss.
So you can calculate it. Now who will bear the penalty. I want resolution ASAP.
