Croma - Air Condition Complaint Rating:
Purchased a new ac there was some default I called Croma service centre for repair or replacement but there is no follow up every week I give a call but they are not doing anything regarding it nor they are calling me back I have purchased it before 3 months the technician came nd he lied that a new electronic item doesn't have plug with the product and he put on another plug like u can see in the image attached nd there is many more default in the product.....the company while purchasing the product shown different behaviour nd after sales the are behaving as if they don't bother plz do the needful I believe in consumer court so I m launching a complaint...Thank you
