Craftsvilla - Refund Complaint Rating:   

I bought a product from this online portal and it was not as per the picture shown. I had given a request for refund. They took the product back but now are not refunding money. I am calling their team and sending mails but they say just one thing that money is refunded. Anything I ask, I get the same mail from different people named ANSHUL VERMA, SATINDER KAUR, SHIVAM CHANANA, JASPREET KAUR. without reading the content and questions, they send an automated mail. They are taking money of people and not refunding it. They are cheating with quality and design of product too. I want my money back else I will take a legal action.
