At the time of membership, they said they will arrange 4-5 starts hotel and tickets under your voucher. The contacted person was Krishna and Shekhar. They also promised for the refund if we will dissatisfy with their service without mentioning any T&C.

Promise us that you will get the best service.
They want to sell that membership at that time very eagerly so they agree that on 0% interest EMI.
We said we can not afford 160000/- amount. They ask you can pay EMI. We said only 3000/- per month we can pay that to on 0% interest and they agree on that.

We opt their service at the time of payment they swapped 130000/- from my credit card by saying that we deduct your 30000 from membership plan as we need to pay interest high rate but you will not get much interest from your bank. We were not sure but it got deducted from the card.

Once we signed the membership and we ask for the service which they offered us as a voucher they denied by saying after 21 days only you can avail the services and it was not mentioned anywhere and Krishana also did not tell us.

After lots of argument, they agreed for hotel only and they said please book your ticket as it is very short notice we can not do that.
We booked the hotel and went to Bali.

When we reached our first booked hotel we got the damaged room with a dirty pool.
Hotel name is Astana pengembak suit & villa, sanur. Kindly find pictures for the same.

Now when I am asking for a refund they are offering me another trip of Bali but I denied. After lots of discussions they agreed on refund and now here comes their policy which was not explained and mentioned us before.

Need help they are deducting 46.600/- from my amount. Why should I pay such a big amount for nothing?

They are not able to serve their promise and now they are not refunding my money.

I want full refund from this fraud company.
