Connect Broadband Quadrant Televentures Limited 3038 2nd Floor Ahluwalia Complex Guru Kashi Marg Bathinda - Over Payment For Internet Broadband Connection Complaint Rating:   

I had connect broadband connection in Jul 2016, at that time i had purchased connect modem Model No DT 850W and Ser No TW011630553 for Rs 1650/-. (Cash Receipt No S102120 enclose). On Oct 3, 2016 I disconnect my broadband and pay the last bill of Rs 1470/- (Receipt No 26301843 enclose) in Quadrant Televentures Limited, 3038, 2nd Floor, Ahluwalia Complex, Guru Kashi Marg, Bathinda.
I have all these bill receipts with me.
But in Jan 2017, I got call from Quadrant Televentures Limited, 3038, 2nd Floor, Ahluwalia Complex, Guru Kashi Marg, Bathinda that your bill Rs 578/- for modem fee is pending with us. but as i mentioned earlier that i had purchased the modem not take on rent.
After few days, I got another call from Connect office,Bathinda, they give me a mobile No 8860808924 of a Advocate Rakesh Sharma and asked me to call him. I called him. He says that your Modem bill Rs 578/- is pending with connect office and they will filed a case against you.
After that I called Appellate Authority, Mohali on their contact No 0172-5013060 and told all about my case. they asked me my contact no, I give them all details. After checking their record, they told me that your internet suffering bill of Rs 578/- is pending as your internet connection is discontinued on 30 Oct 2016.
After all of this i have paid Rs 578/- in connect office, Bathinda. (Receipt No 2343924 enclose)
Now, I want to clarify that When I had purchased modem and clear that bill at the time of establishment of new connection and paid last bill on 03 Oct 2016 at Connect Office, Bathinda then for why and for what Rs 578/- charged from me.
Please clarify me at the earliest so that i could take further course of action at my end for this harassment.
