Club Factory - Wallet And Spectrum Complaint Rating:

I had brought 2 wallet(Order no- SO904753804) and one spectrum (Order no-SO91383301) from club factory. Price of the wallets were 370.92 rupees and spectrum was 180.65.
The quality of the produco were not upto the mark, same quality products (all three) can be bought within 200 from local marker. So I returned the products, after a long time they returned me 281.04 rupees for wallets and 90.69 rupees for the spectrum. They told me about curier charge, but the quality is not good then why should I pay the charge? It's not my fault.
