Club Factory - Defective Earphones Received By Them Complaint Rating:   

I have purchased 2 jbl duet mini ear phones from club factory and got only 1 and the one that i have received is faulty..it does not work properly.when i tried to return it they said to call seller and seller did not pick up the call. Call centre did not hive any response nad now they are saying that since 9 days have passef they wont take return of the product
