wrong dress and size delivered. the quality of the dress is pathetic & the stitching is horrible, with the material being stitched inside out. As soon as I noticed that the wrong product was delivered, I immediately called the delivery person, but his phone was switched off. Since then, I have sent multiple messages for return & refund, but no response.
How can we get our money back?
