Clothing Heart - Clothes Complaint Rating:   

I ordered a off White dress, size small. The product delivered to me is a black dress and size XXL. I have been trying to reach out to the company but they do not respond. I tried mailing them but they did it respond. They do not have a proper email id for returns on their website also. I called on a phone number that i found on the i voice. Yet no reply! I messaged them on whatsapp but they do not reply. Please help me!
