Cleartrip Pvt Ltd - Clear Trip Complaint Rating:   

Dear Sir,
I was took ticket for me and my family through clear trip customer service sales representative (ID #190217678860,190217674186), They compel to me to take ticket by Jest airways return and etihad airways. After few days clear trip sales representative call me and inform to cancel this ticket because of shutdown jest airways. He told me to take new ticket and old ticket cancellation charge they transfer to my account with in 5 to 7 working days. I was took ticket in April 2019 and till now not yet return my cancellation charge. I was send many emails to clear trip and always they are offering many dates. All related complain documents attached with complaint.
Kindly request you to take immediate action against clear trip or advise me to move get my money.
