I have ordered 3 kurties from citizmarket.com on 25 july 2017 and i received the parcel on 3 august 2017 and my order number is 3947,and i ordered for cash on delivery and i got a dress material , that to that dress was low quality and that too same dress quantity 3 , and i have contacted on the number which they provided on website,but that number is used only for whatsapp,and unable to contact them,so i messaged him on whatsapp but he/she is not replying ,so i called on whatsapp so many times but he/she is not contacting ,i request you to send me the correct dress back or i need a refund back,i contacted the delivery boy,and the customer care but they also couldn’t help me out ,i request you to send me the correct order or refund back of rs 697.
