Citizmarket - Clothes Complaint Rating:   

I came to know about name online shopping site name citiz market through Facebook. The site was giving a gud offer and discount so i ordered a dress of cost Rs 299/- on 03.10.2017 which was delivered to me on 12/10/2017 through Aramex courier service for which I have paid Rs 371 including GST and delivery charges, but the product what I received is just a 1 meter cloth and that also in three pieces joined together of two different colour of worst fabric. I tried to complain about this but all contact number given was wrong. then I complained via mail but still no response. when I tried to know about this site on google, then I came to know not only to me but this company has cheated many people and still continuing the same as i can still see the same on facebook.
i request you sir to kindly go through the complaint and please do take a strict measure and action against the company so that not even this company but the other company will also not cheat public.
