Chartered Speed Limited - Bus Services Complaint Rating:   

Hi,
I have book for chartered bus from indore to hard on 05/10/2019 which was supposed to be departed at 10:30 pm, but the bus actually departed at 12:00 am, and there was no one to answer for that. I had a female passenger with me. I had to wait for one and half hour at teen imli stop (one of the pick up point of chartered bus).
There was no prior intimation from the bus service for this condition.
And the driver was very rude with me.
