Central Bank of India Anmol rewards scheme is a hoax and nothing else. Never have I been able to redeem the accumulated points. The company will find some or the other way to prevent customers from redeeming them. They will just update the status resolved even if the problem persists. Screenshot attached. The customer care is useless. Inefficient!
