Carrier - Air Condition Complaint Rating:   

We bought a 1 ton AC carrier company which does noT cool at all . We asked the company to change it and replace with 1.5 ton , n we would bear the additional cost of any.
There has been no relevant response to the mails that I have beeen sending. Afterwards they called and we said the same to them on call and they said we will let u know what can be done and that they might replace it. But then there was no response and without resolving our query they reverted with a mail on our complaint mail saying this query has been resolved !

This seems to be the worst customer service by Carrier.

I want replacement of my ac with a 1.5 ton ac as the ac is not effective at all.

Please help us
