Dear Sir,

SUB: Complaint for not deducting EMI from my Bank Account.

Ref. No.: Electronics Durable Loan No.: 10171321

Today I am in receipt of your R7 Report. I think you haven’t seen my scanned copy of bank passbook. In which; it’s clearly shows that i was having sufficient balance; infect more than Rs. 5000.00 at any point of time.

Please note; bank always charge dishonour charges against EMI OR any Cheque bouncing which is not happened in my case and the same you can cross check with my bank passbook.

It raises the question about integrity of your R7 Report. However, I’ll put up this R7 Reports to my bank and take feedback on the same and come to you within 24 hours. Meanwhile, please make sure that any of your collection agents should NOT call me and harassed me OR pressurised me about EMI payments as matter is under disputes.

Once again herewith i am attaching my scanned copy of Bank passbook for your perusal; which clearly shows sufficient balance on both the dates of EMI. We request you to put this matter with your relevant bank.
