Capgemini India Private Limited - Compulsory 9 And Half Working Hours In Office Complaint Rating:   

I have an 1.8 yeqr olr baby girl and I work in capgemini pune.
I stay in wakad and work at client location Hsbc kalyaninagar.
I travel almost 3 hours everyday to commute to office abd now capgemini has made 9.5 hours complusory in office. So accordingly I will be outside home for 12.5 hours.
When am I suppose to fullfill my duty as a mother.
There is no option of work from home alao provided.
These policies are forcing women to leave their jobs as it is dificult to handle family and job both.

IT companies need to revise this was rlig hour spolicy for women employee.
