Candere - Unhappy Customer- Misleading Offer- Order 90308 And 90310 Complaint Rating:

Complaint : I received both mangalsutra pendants I ordered for, without the promised 2 0.5 gm gold coins which was given as an offer on their website.
I had specifically ensured a value of above 25 k on the site to get the gold coins free and it was also dis[played during check out. As I had the 10% October discount coupon-OCT10, I used the same to get additional discount.

Nowhere was it mentioned that I will lose out on the gold coin offer.

Additionally, i also made an additional payment of Rs 938 on one of the orders as requested by candere, for more gold being there in the jewellery.

I am extremely disappointed at not receiving the 4 coins of 0.5 grams, 2 for each order, please find the screen shot, even after chosing the discount option, the free offer was also showing up.

Candere-Kindly have the gold coins shipped if you want to keep a loyal customer happy instead of cheating users
