we have booked a Holiday tour for Goa dated 7th Feb 2017 and paid the money Rs. 22500/- , but one day prior after follow up they said sorry your tour is not been confirmed, kindly give us a mail to refund your money back, but till date non of their representative is responding to call or mail. This company is fake. they are fooling customers and earning money.

kindly help me to getting my money back.
