Bizhub Consultancy - Fradulent Company Requesting Money Complaint Rating:   

Dear Sir / Mam,

i want to complain against Bizhub Consultancy company ( Live Tasker, Aurangabad). I saw an online job in Quickr and applied for the same on Sep 5, 19. On Sep 6, 19, i received a call from a lady called Nisha from the above company. She said it was a data entry form filling job, which we've to complete 1500 forms in 10 days. Out of the same 1350 forms have to be correct (90% accuracy) for them to pay Rs. 30 k with Rs. 20 per form. Out of the same they said that they would deduct Rs. 4300 as admin charges the first time and pay out the rest. they sent me a legal agreement, call verification and took my aadhar as proof and sent me the link. i worked for the same and on Sep 22, 2019, i submitted the entire 1500 forms. After submission, i did not receive any error report. After then, i did not receive any sort of communication from the team as well. When i contacted them via whatsapp, they blocked me. Even the mail that i sent to them on Oct 7, 2019 did not receive any sort of response from them. Now nearly a month after submission, they suddenly called me and said that you've done a lot of mistakes, 275 forms are incorrect, so please pay up the admin amount of Rs. 4300. When i asked them as to why they contacted me so late and also for them to provide me with the error report of the 250 forms, they started abusing me and my family in bad words in Hindi and English. Further they said that we will now take it up legally and damage your name in the credit circles. They said you are a FUCKING DEFAULTER and see what i will do with you.

Later about 15 -20 mins, they called back again and said when are you paying the amount, When i refused and asked them to send me the Error report, they asked when will you pay the amount. i refused them and they said now you've to pay lawyer charges along with our Admin fees of upto 7k.

I demand an immediate resolution to this. Also please stop this fradulent, unethical and immoral people from hurting others. When i tried checking on the company, i found several other complaints against the same company stating the same mental harrassment from them in Consumer Complaints. in. i found out that they've fooled a lot of other people similar to me. In fact, they are even using the same agreement and are only changing the names of the people in the said agreement.

i will not pay any money to these fraudsters. Kindly advise me on the further steps of action as well as request you to kindly throw such frauds behind bars,. I've uploaded the agreements and other details from my side for your perusal.
