Biryani By Kilo - Refund Not Given Against Failed Order Complaint Rating:
I tried to order from biryani by kilo app on 26th May 2017. The payment went through, but order was not placed twice. Money was deducted Once from paytm wallet and once from ola money wallet.
I thought I would get the refund automatically but it didn't happen in last 15 days.
Attached the transaction details for your reference. I communicated via email and calls numerous times to them, but there is not a single response from them. Please resolve the issue urgently.
