Bindals Apparel - Product Missing Complaint Rating:   

The case is I purchased 4 apparel from Bindals outlet at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. 2 from boys section and 2 from females section. We got it billed and they asked to pick products from other counter. As far as my knowledge is concerned we picked only 1 packet of boys product and forgot to pick another. When claimed at store the very next day, the refused to show us the CCTV, said CCTV operator is on leave. Nobody really cared about the concern. Neither do they bill with name or mobile no., if the baggage was left there how would they have contacted us. Moreover, I live at Amroha which is 35-40 kms from the outlet. The purchase was done on 24/07/2019 between 5 pm to 6 pm. And moreover we didn’t went anywhere else after shopping directly went to home. So there is absolutely no chance that baggage would have left at some other place.
