BigStylist - VLCC Fruit Facial And Wax Service Complaint Rating:   

Hi,

I made a pre-booking from bigstylist website for VLCC fruit facial and wax home service on Dec 7Th, 2017 and made an online payment of INR 1002 but nobody visited me on the given schedule.

On calling them repeatedly, I couldn't connect to them since their number was switched off permanently. Also, I dropped them several emails to enquire about the same but there was no response from their side which was highly unprofessional from their end!!

Finally I thought of visiting their pine office but to my surprise, when I went there , I came to know that it was closed and bigstylist team has flown back to Mumbai.

Kindly someone from consumer forum acknowledge this and do the needful. Thanks in advance!!
