I have faced an issue with Airtel . On August 15th I have recharged my mobile 8686415134 with rupees 349 and balance didn't reflected on my Airtel app . I have called customer care they told that the transaction is cancelled if money deducted they will be credited back. Again I have recharged my mobile with 349 on August 18th . Today I called them regarding call back the reply I got is that I have recharged my mobile twice so you didn't get cash back though I said previous incident they told to contact store people. I didn't expect this kind of behaviour with such a vast customer based company
