Bharti Airtel Ltd - Network Complaint Not Solved By Airtel Even Having Solution
I have raised a complaint with airtel under complaint number 77103358 on 20Jun'17. I told airtel clearly that I'm facing signals problem in-door because of week signals strength. I was assured that they will do something about it but now attached reply from airtel i have got for your reference. Even after having booster feature which they can provide in form of open network which they advertise 24/7 in tv ads they are not ready to solve the problem. I am facing a lot of problem because of bad network as I'm loosing a lot of call from my office and home which is affecting my personal as well as professional life. Please help me get solution to this problem. I have migrated my number from Vodafone to AIRTEL after getting 100% surety from there sales team. Now I'm blocked I cannt go back to Vodafone and nor AIRTEL is ready to help me. Looking for for the quick response as I cannt afford to lose import calls anymore.
