My problem is I have recharged for 4g services for ₹454 from airtel telecom, In which company has promised me to give 1gb 4G/ day but instead of getting 4G service they are not giving 3g at their best speed , when I made a call at their customer service centre they fooled me to give the throttle speed by the end of Oct but when I asked to transfer his call to his supervisor he said that 4g service is not available at your area and will be upgrade by 2 months when I asked him that if 4g is not available then why your company is selling 4g services before activating it and apart from that the company is always claiming to have the highest 4g speed in india just fooling their customers and looting their money by creating fake advertisement , Now I have decided to sue a case against its bad 4g service and to do some action against such companies which are fooling nation.
