Respected sir/madam today I recharged amount of 59 rupees talk time of 59 credited to my number and 10 airtel to airtel SMS but when I sent a SMS to airtel number it cost rs 1 rupees suddenly I called to customers care they here my words and argued with me that there was no offer to your number when told about they cut my line for two times at last one executive spoke camly and finally he told me don't SMS I'm totally inconvenient by airtel this happened second time in this month kindly help me sir/ madam
