Dear sir,
I name Nirmala Saini. I was came kochi from port Blair due to my husband transfer. On 07 Apr my husband went to airtel retailer shop to upgrade my sim from 3G to 4G. As per retailer representative told I was Change sim after old sim display no service but new sim also display no service. On 11 Apr I was again went retailer shop with my husband and filled a form for new sim with same no. 07 Apr 17 to till the time my sim working only showing no service. Concern mobile no 9933216557, sim no 8991000900336029585U
