I have taken the number of Airtel in hyderabad around 10 months before. Since then I had been facing the call dropping, internet issues 3G speed in place of 4G. So I raised many complaints in customer care of Airtel. But nothing happened. I continued with Airtel and had to face the same problem during that period. Now In June 2017, I had made the payment of bill and raised a request to deactivate the no. The customer care told me the no. Will be deactivated within 7 days. And again I get the call from Airtel. They asked me why you want to deactivate the no. I told them I am not satisfied with the service and can't pay any more for the worst service. After that one more month has passed. The no. Continued activated even after raising complaint for the deactivation of the no. I got another bill. Now again I called to customer care for asking why my no. Had not been deactivated even after the deactivation request and you sent me another bill. They said your request had been closed coz your no. Was not reachable for the confirmation. I said them I got the call for the confirmation and they confirmed me your no. Will be deactivated within 7 days. So why should I pay the bill. That's your fault you dint deactivate the no. They said me sir you have to pay the bill amount. And you can raise another request for deactivation. Again I raised the same. After that I think coz of non payment of the bill the no. Was closed. Now more bill amount they sent me to pay...
